Dr. Lisa Orbé-Austin is a licensed psychologist and executive coach, focusing on career advancement, leadership development, and job transitions. She is a co-founder and partner of Dynamic Transitions Psychological Consulting, a career and executive coaching consultancy, where she works mostly with high potential managers and executives. 

Dr. Lisa Orbé-Austin has appeared in The New York Times, NBC News, Forbes, Huffington Post, Business Insider,Today.com, Refinery29, Insight into Diversity, and recently gave a TEDx talk on The Imposter Syndrome Paradox. She earned her Ph.D. and MPhil in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and her MA in Counseling Psychology and BA in English from Boston College.
