I combine proven techniques from speech pathology, theatrical performance, and mindfulness to create a powerful approach that’s both structured and freeing.

No. Your Standard ticket already includes the full 2-hour workshop, the Speaker Archetypes™ framework, and your digital workbook. Upgrades are optional for those who want more personalized coaching.

Yes. VIP upgrades can be booked up until the Friday after the workshop, so you have time to experience the session first and then decide. Elite upgrades are limited to 5 participants per workshop, so those spots often fill before the workshop begins.

Yes. Both VIP and Elite are 1:1 with Rhonda. The difference is depth: VIP is a focused 30-minute debrief, while Elite includes three coaching sessions and a 90-day action plan.

Elite is a 90-day accelerator tied directly to this workshop. It includes three private coaching sessions and a personalized action plan. My longer coaching partnerships begin at $7,500 for 12 sessions, so Elite is a focused way to work with me at a smaller investment.
