Meet Rhonda

After years of experience as a speech-language pathologist and professional actor, I founded Simply Speech Solutions to help leaders and teams transform how they communicate. I combine proven techniques from speech pathology, theatrical performance, and mindfulness to create a powerful approach that’s both structured and freeing.


At Simply Speech Solutions, we focus on unlocking the full potential of your voice—helping you communicate with confidence, intention, and impact. Together, we’ll develop communication strategies that not only feel true to you, but also elevate your leadership and the organization’s goals.

My Journey

Though I’ve spoken and performed on stages across the country, finding my own voice wasn’t always easy.


I grew up as a shy, anxious kid, wanting to be heard but feeling frozen by the fear of judgment. My voice and body language didn’t match who I truly was. I was constantly battling low self-esteem and trying to please others, even at the expense of my own true self.


That all changed when I became fed up being ignored and misunderstood. Through my training as an actor and speech pathologist, I began challenging the limiting beliefs that had held me back. Slowly but surely, I turned my fear into power, my anxiety into confidence, and my voice into one that commands attention and produces results.


Now, I take everything I’ve learned, both from my professional and personal journey to help leaders and teams develop the communication skills they need to thrive.

  • Jessica Lynn Mills Curry

    OPERATIONS

    With years of corporate experience and a passion for keeping things running like clockwork, Jessica ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from scheduling to client communication, so we can focus on what we do best: helping you communicate with impact. 



    As our Operations and Program Manager, she makes sure every training session, workshop, and coaching call is seamless, providing all resources, support, and logistical needs. 



    Originally from southern Virginia and now a North Carolina resident for more than a decade, Jessica is a self-proclaimed crime junkie with an Apple podcast library full of true crime stories and a proud card-carrying member of the Rihanna Navy..

  • Rosa Sarmento

    MARKETING

    Rosa is the driving force behind our brand, ensuring everything we do reaches the right people. From digital marketing to content creation, she is dedicated to spreading the word about how we help businesses achieve real results through communication. 



    A Brazilian-born creative with a background in fashion design and six years as a fashion buyer, Rosa transitioned into the online world while living abroad in Chile and Vietnam. 



    Now based in Mexico most of the year, she brings her creative flair and entrepreneurial expertise to every campaign, ensuring our message is seen and heard by those who need it most.
